✅ HOW TO BOOK FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT❗️ 1. Please read through the information below carefully. 2. Scroll down to select the service you would like to book. 3. Proceed to select a date and time. 4. Place a deposit once you have selected a date and time. 5. A confirmation email will be sent to you with information regarding your appointment. —————————————————— ✅ HEALTH CLEARANCE – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES❗️ Each client must be cleared of ALL disqualifications listed below in order to qualify for an appointment: -Must not be under the age of 18 -Must not be pregnant and/or breastfeeding -Anyone diabetic, please have a doctor’s note approval with medication and controlled diet -Must not have any allergies to topical anesthetics preparations (numbing cream), pigmentation and make up -Must not have any transmittable blood related conditions or diseases such as Hepatitis, HIV/AIDS, etc. -Must not be someone who is under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment – must wait at least 6 months after last treatment -Must not have skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis on the area to be treated -Must not have undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the area to be treated -Anyone who is taking immunosuppressive medications such as Accutane or steroids – must wait at least 1 year after last treatment) -Must not have had botox/fillers within the last 2 weeks (lip fillers are an exception) -Must not have mitral valve disorder or high blood pressure -Must not be someone who is a hemophiliac -Must not have healing or autoimmune disorders -Must not have glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medicines -Must not be someone who is epileptic who has experienced faint spells or seizures. 👉Once you have fully read and cleared yourself of all the disqualifications above, you may continue to book your appointment. If any of the above disqualification applies to you, you are not a candidate for permanent makeup. Please let us know if you have any questions, thank you! —————————————————— ✅ TERMS AND POLICIES 👉DEPOSIT A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment for Permanent Makeup, $30 for Lashes. No Deposit = No Appointment This deposit will go towards the total cost of service, and can be paid directly on my booking site, or via Zelle/Venmo/Cashapp/Applecash. The remaining balance will be due either in CASH or ZELLE,… on the day of your appointment. Payment with Card: A 3% processing fee will be applied to payments. 👉RESCHEDULING We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours notice in advance to reschedule. Anything within that 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will not be able to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to make a new appointment. More than 2 rescheduling will result in no future bookings. 👉CANCELLATIONS If you cancel your appointment for any reason, it will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you place a deposit for a service that needed prior approval (ie. correction service), and I am unable to cover up your previous work, your deposit will also be forfeited and cannot be transferred to another person. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will result in forfeiture of deposit and incur a charge totaling 50% of your scheduled service fee. SAME DAY cancellations will incur a charge totaling 100% of your scheduled service fee. 👉NO SHOWS No call/no shows will automatically result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and incur a charge totaling 100% of your scheduled service fee. No exceptions will be made. 👉LATE ARRIVAL Please text me 4048193796. I always try to do my best to accommodate up to 15’ late. But please note that it may result in shortened procedure time or cancellation of your appointment along with the forfeiture of your deposit. We understand that unforeseen events can happen but it is important to allow sufficient time to properly complete each service. 👉NO REFUNDS We do our very best to ensure every client is satisfied with our service. If in the event that you are unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us about the options available. Since the service has been performed, we will not be offering refunds, no exceptions. —————————————————— ✅ Existing Permanent Makeup If you have existing cosmetic tattoos from another artist, please send clear photos in natural lighting for pre-approval before booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your booking fee. In some cases, an in-studio consultation may be required to assess your existing PMU. ✅ Touch-Ups PMU Permanent makeup is a two-step process. A touch-up is highly recommended 4-6 weeks after the initial session for optimal and long-lasting results. Annual touch-up fees apply to existing clients only. First-time clients will be charged full price.
